This is a reminder for the Pegasus Parade that will be held in Louisville on Sunday, 30 April. Details on the parade as they stand right now are provided below. Once more information is provided I will pass it along. There is a meeting on 29 March at which time I should have more details.
Right now there are two things you should do if you want to be in the parade.
1) Sign the online waiver for the parade at the link below. The deadline to complete the waiver is 1 April. If you are not sure if you will be participating in the parade, you should go ahead and sign the waiver just in case.

2) Once you have signed the waiver, let me know. I need an accurate head count to arrange for shuttles as described below.
The parade participates will muster at SAR HQ at 809 West Main Street. There is parking in the back of the building and also in nearby public parking lots. The muster time will be determined after the meeting this week.
Shuttles will be provided to take the participants, flags, etc. to our staging area.
The shuttles will meet us at the end of the parade route to take us back to SAR HQ. Exactly where they pick up the parade participants will be determined later.
The parade route is approximately 1.6 miles in length on Broadway in Louisville. The route runs from Campbell Street to 9th Street. Everyone will be required to march the route, so make sure you are physically capable of walking this distance
The parade starts at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. I do not know the staging area.
