Meet  outside of the entrance of 100 W Main St, Muncie, IN 47305. There are several benches and picnic tables in the shaded area.  Muster in civilian period correct, militia or regimental attire at 11:45 am Bell ringing at noon, introduction of SAR, DAR and CAR then reading of the Declaration of Independence as we take turns.  The reading of the Declaration of Independence was approved July 6, 2026 by the Delaware County Commissioners at their meeting held Monday July 6, 2026.
