Color Guard Venue for Constitutional Week at Muncie DAR event

Color Guard Muster at 5:30 pm, Assist needed in setting up flag and indoor flag stands. March at 6:00 pm to bring in the colors.

This  DAR event will commemorate Constitutional Week.  In will comprise of an evening gathering in the public meeting room at the front of Kennedy Library.  The DAR is planning a special event for Thursday, September 19th.  The program will run from 6:00 to 7:00.  The room is reserved for set up, refreshments and clean-up from 5:00 to 7:30.  Dr. Wheeler from Ball State is our keynote speaker, giving a talk on the history of the constitution.
