Monday, July 20 2026 will be the first day and kickoff for the Delaware County Fair and 250th kickoff at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. Those participating will be the Delaware County Honor Guard, Muncie Fire Department.  The SAR Color Guard has been asked to participate.  More details to come later.
