250 th Celebration Amvets Post in Royerton Indiana

SAR color guard was invited to perform a short program and musket salute for 250th Veterans on  Saturday May 16, Old Rustic Cabin, now Amvets Post 12, at 2:00 pm . We will muster at 1:30 pm Honoring the 250th with 30 other veterans organizations.   The event is in Royerton, IN on Highway 3 just north of Muncie a couple of miles.  I remember when the Continental Chapter used to conduct their chapter meetings there. 

We will conduct  Fallen Rev War Comrade or Missing Man Chair display like the one we saw in Rushville on Sat. May 2, 2026. Jim McNabb will assist. There will be a lot going on for the event in Royerton and may be a good way to promote the SAR, as well.
